You can schedule an appointment by phone, email, or direct contact with the clinic.

A referral from your GP or optician/optometrist is always possible and often recommended for medical concerns.

In many cases, you can also visit us without a referral. We provide clear feedback to your GP when medically relevant.

    Reimbursement & Insurance

We are an independent treatment center (ZBC), recognized by health insurers and operating within the Dutch Health Insurance Act.

In many cases, you will receive reimbursement for your consultation and any treatment through your health insurance.

As we do not have contracts with all insurers, the level of reimbursement may vary depending on your policy. In some cases, a partial reimbursement with a limited and transparent co-payment may apply.

Do you have questions about reimbursement or co-payments? We are happy to assist you.

    Frequently Asked Questions about Reimbursement

    Is my consultation reimbursed?

In many cases, your consultation and treatment are reimbursed by your health insurance. The exact level of reimbursement depends on your policy.

For children under 18, no deductible applies.

Do I always have to make a co-payment?

Not always. In some cases, a limited co-payment may apply, depending on your insurance. This is generally clear and transparent.

Why don’t you have contracts with all insurers?

This allows us to provide care more quickly, without waiting times, with greater personal attention and flexibility in treatment. It also helps us maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in our care.

What if the co-payment is higher than expected?

Please feel free to contact us — we are happy to think along with you and find a suitable solution together.

Is your care comparable to a hospital?

Yes, we provide care at a hospital level, with modern equipment and experienced specialists, without waiting times and with more personal attention.

    Payment and invoicing?

You can pay for your treatment directly at the clinic or within 14 days by bank transfer.

You will receive an invoice from us, which you can easily submit to your health insurer for reimbursement.

    Reimbursement and co-payment?

The level of reimbursement depends on your insurance policy and may include your deductible (own risk).

After your insurer processes your claim, you will receive a specification of the reimbursement.

Is the co-payment higher than expected? Please feel free to contact us — we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

    Deductible (own risk)?

Children under 18 do not have a deductible.

For adults, the deductible applies first.

Please note that your deductible may apply to medical care.

This means you may need to pay part of the costs yourself first, depending on your remaining deductible.
