3. Medical contact lenses

Medical contact lenses, including scleral and hybrid lenses

Specialized contact lenses for complex eye conditions, fitted by a U.S.-trained and experienced Doctor of Optometry.

What does the treatment involve?

  • Scleral and hybrid lenses (including SynergEyes) for irregular corneas and keratoconus
  • Bandage contact lenses to protect the ocular surface in dry eye, corneal erosions, and corneal dystrophies
  • Improved vision and comfort when standard glasses or contact lenses are insufficient

4. YAG Laser Treatment

YAG laser treatment for posterior capsular opacification and chronic glaucoma

Treatment of posterior capsular opacification (secondary cataract following cataract surgery) and selected forms of chronic glaucoma using a YAG laser, performed by an experienced ophthalmologist under strictly controlled conditions in accordance with medical guidelines.

What does the treatment involve?

  • Laser treatment to open the opacified posterior capsule and improve vision
  • Enhancement of aqueous outflow in selected glaucoma indications
  • Short, safe procedure without incisions or sutures

When is treatment needed?

  • Blurred or reduced vision after cataract surgery (secondary cataract)
  • Elevated intraocular pressure in selected forms of chronic glaucoma
  • Functional visual impairment due to capsular opacification
YAG Laser Treatment

5. Retinal Laser (Green Laser)

Laser treatment of retinal conditions and diabetic retinopathy

Treatment of retinal tears, holes, and abnormalities, as well as diabetic retinopathy, using a green laser, performed by an experienced ophthalmologist under strictly controlled conditions in accordance with medical guidelines.

What does the treatment involve?

  • Laser treatment to stabilize retinal tears and holes and prevent further damage
  • Treatment of diabetic retinal changes to slow disease progression
  • Targeted strengthening of weakened areas of the retina

When is treatment needed?

  • Retinal tears, holes, or degenerations
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • Risk of retinal detachment

Possible symptoms and warning signs

  • Flashes of light or a sudden increase in floaters
  • Dark spots or a shadow in the field of vision
